Need help setting up the Shopify app? This article will help you out! The article assumes that you have our Shopify app already installed.
If you don't have the app installed then go ahead and install our app.
1. Get your API key from our dashboard
Go to Social Oracle (opens in new tab) and copy the Secret API key.
If you are not a user or logged in yet, then sign up or log in and then copy the key from our dashboard.
1.1 If your account is already active
In case you already are a user, then go to your Account Section (Opens in a new tab) and copy the private API key from there.
2. Paste the API key into the Shopify app
Paste in the key you copied from the Social Oracle dashboard.
3. Click on "save"
If all went well then you should see a message that says it's all set up.
After setting up the app
a notification will be automatically created for you. The notification will include data about your last 30 orders. If you want to manage your notifications click here.
