Creating your first notification is easier than it seems! Before you start, make sure you have Social Oracle installed on your website. Your account must be activated before you can start creating notifications.
Log into your Social Oracle account and click on ''Create Notification''
Choose your notification type
Social Oracle has four different types of notifications you can choose from. Each type has different functions and is customizable to suit your needs.
Action Stream Notifications
Action streams capture actions via form submits, custom plugins, or webhooks. This creates social validation by showing how many people have signed up to your website, purchased a product, or subscribed to your newsletter!
Recommendation Notifications
Click campaigns allow you to use HTML elements on your website as notification triggers. E.g. wait for customers to click on the ''Add to Cart'' button and then server them a personalized notification.
Informational Notifications
With personalized notifications, you can easily capture your visitor's attention and direct it where you need it to be. Offer them special deals, inform them of ongoing discounts, popular products, new social media posts, or anything you want!
Counter Notifications
Make your site come alive by displaying the number of current or monthly unique visitors on your page. Live notifications show that other people frequently visit your website and make it appear more trustworthy. Display active visitors, page displays, or even monthly visitor count!
Where to display
Choose where your notification is displayed by entering an URL or URLs on your website. Add as many URLs as you want!
What to display
Each notification has a message title and text that are completely customizable by you. You can also add a link to your message! 
Counter notifications don't have a body or a title. Instead, you can give your visitors a shared named and what are they doing on your page! 
Notification Customization
Social Oracle allows you to customize the look of your notification to suit your website's style! Here you can customize the appearance and behavior of your notification.
Notification Display properties
Notification display properties allow you to declare when, where, and how long the notification show up on your page. 
Notification Style Properties
Notification style properties allow you to personalize the appearance of your notification, like text and title color. You should also add an image to your notification. A nice image makes your notification stand out more. Here are a few great sources for images, gifs, and icons.
Finalize and launch your notification!
Add a title to your notification. This title will only be seen by you. This makes it easier to find and organize your notifications.
Congratulations - you have now successfully created your first campaign!
Notification details
You will be redirected back to your notifications page. The blue toggle allows you to easily disable the notification!
To edit your notification click on ''edit''.
